Terms & Conditions:

You can return your products within 7 days of delivery.

There is no exchange service. Your purchase will be credited for the full amount minus any shipping costs.

Returns are for your own expense.

 

Goods that are not collected from a Post NL pick up point will be refunded, minus shipping & handling costs, transaction fees and the cost of any play dough. As our Dutch Dough is a fresh product we can not use it again, and therefore will be charged for in full.

Returns are at the risk of the sender and products should arrive back in perfect condition.

Products that are returned need to be:

In their originally packaging.

No signs of damage or use.

 

 

Please note, we do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered shipping & contact details, please make sure you have entered the correct address and country.

 

Damaged/incorrect goods on arrival. 

We do our best to make sure everything is perfect however, unlike our play dough that is meant to be squashed, sometimes there is a mistake and we will want to fix it! Please send us a mail: support@invitationtoimagine.com so we can help you.

Please send us a photo of the damaged shipping box or product.
